That will be the chant of the police union (PANSW) as members urge the community to join the choir in the call for more officers.
"Our members are out there night after night and these hoodlums are out there night after night committing crimes," PANSW Tamworth chair Brian Pegus said.
"This needs to be addressed now... we can't afford to wait."
In the past week, several young people have been arrested in the dead of night in Tamworth and charged with property offences.
Operation Southbreak - the specialist operation targeting property crime - laid more than 70 charges in two months this year.
The PANSW has been making noise for at least eight officers - as the "bare minimum" in its business case - to be posted to the Oxley Police District to ease pressure on the strained front line.
The priority is to boost the proactive crime team and domestic violence response.
The PANSW has now called on the community to chime in.

"We are fed up with the dilly-dallying and indecision about the allocation of additional police numbers to this city," Mr Pegus said.
Tamworth MP Kevin Anderson said he had been liaising regularly with the police minister, PANSW and top cops as he pushes hard for more senior police resources locally.
Another meeting is set for Tuesday.
"I encourage the community ... to get out and support Mr Anderson while he's playing in his band ... and sing him a new chorus: 'There's no debate, we need eight'," Mr Pegus said.
A date this year has not been locked in for the announcement of where the 550 officers will work across the state.
NSW Police said allocations will be based on resourcing needs and community programs will continue.
Resourcing across districts is reviewed and flexible to ensure the local crime response is agile and adaptable.
Additional resources have been thrown at combating property crime in the region but the union claims that is not a long-term solution.
