Manilla teenager and apprentice butcher, Millie Sutherland has spent that last three weeks in a critical condition at the John Hunter hospital in Newcastle after she rolled her car.
On Saturday March 19 Millie was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Halls Creek Road, 5 kilometres east of Manilla.
The crash left the 17-year-old with extensive injuries including a shattered pelvis, head injuries and punctured lungs.

Millie's employer Danielle Burrows, owner of The Cheeky Butcher, said Millie had worked with them for two years and was a determined young girl who had just started her apprenticeship with the business.
"She was excited to get going, she was just starting to find her feet with it all," Ms Burrows said.
To help raise money for medical and travel expenses Ms Burrows started a GoFundMe page alongside Manilla local Abbey Perry.
"We knew that it was going to be a hard slog especially with the price of fuel so we wanted to try and help even if it was in a little way," Ms Burrows said.
More than $4700 has been raised to help with Millie's recovery.
Millie is well known in the Manilla community as a talented horse woman, a promising butcher and a member of the highland dancing group.
With the whole town trying to find a way to help out, a fundraising golf day has been organised for Saturday April 23.
Event organiser Matt Faulkner said although he didn't know Millie personally, he wanted to show his support.
"We had a bit of memorabilia there waiting for a good cause to donate it to," Mr Faulkner said.
"We thought there's no better cause at the moment."
Golfers will hit off at 11am on Saturday, April 23. Registration for the event is $20, auctions and raffles will also be held on the day.
"We just want to get as many people out onto the course and make as much money as we can," Mr Faulkner said.
For more information or to register for the golf day contact Matt Faulkner on 0432942414.
