The man has been charged with six counts of possess prohibited drugs and four counts of supply prohibited drug after he was arrested in the early hours of Thursday morning.
New England Police District officers stopped a silver Holden commodore in Brissett Street, near Inverell, at about 12:50am, due to the manner of driving.
A search of the car revealed methylamphetamine, MDMA and cocaine, police claim, with a street value of $28,000.

The 40-year-old man was then arrested and taken to Inverell Police Station where he was handed 10 charges.
He was refused bail and will appear in Tamworth Local Court on Thursday, he is yet to enter any pleas to the charges.
