Ray White Tamworth will hold a webinar to answer questions from Tamworth residents about what makes the market busier at this time of the year, real estate agent Jacob Hart said.
"I'm busier than I have been over this period and the reason is because more people are at home looking at real estate online," he said.
"There was a short supply of stock in May and with record interest rates the Tamworth market is very active."
There was a two-week period early in the outbreak when job security was under question that some houses came off the market, Mr Hart said.
"Now there are about two buyers to every house in Tamworth," he said.

"There are so many active buyers on the market, which drives the money for the seller. "We're getting very good prices, our NSW clearance rate is up to 70 to 80 per cent on a weekend."
The webinar is on Thursday at 6pm, visit Ray White Tamworth's Facebook page to register.
