Jessica Louise Bruyn, 26, and Rose Leggett, 30, had their cases called in Tamworth Local Court last week.
The charges were adjourned again after the court heard the Crown was yet to confirm which allegations it would proceed with against the co-accused pair.
Solicitor Rayshele Martin for the state prosecuting authority, the DPP, told the court the matters were "currently in Crown chambers for consideration".
Magistrate Julie Soars agreed to list the cases for mention in late September.
The delay comes after the court heard prosecutors were already in the process of certifying the charges at the start of September.
Bail was formally refused for both co-accused.
Bruyn and Leggett have been behind bars since they were arrested on Duri Road on May 5, after police intercepted them during a road stop.
Both are accused of travelling to an Oxley Vale location with a 26-year-old man and entering a home before turning on him about 2:30am on May 4.
