Magistrate Megan Greenwood heard Foxman's application but ultimately refused to make changes, and rejected the application. She ordered the current conditions continue.
Foxman has several matters before the court, which were listed on Monday for the bail review.

Foxman will face the Sydney court in July for sentencing, after he was found guilty of threatening a police prosecutor; and sending dozens of harrassing and offensive emails.
The court heard during a hearing in May that he sent 22 "rambling" emails in one day and forced the courthouse to be evacuated for half-an-hour.
Ms Greenwood adjourned some of Foxman's charges back to Tamworth court, including allegations that he acted with the intent to pervert the course of justice; and acted with intent to influence witnesses.
The charges relate to a graphic sex show police allege was held illegally at the Imperial Hotel in Tamworth in 2019.
Two witnesses for the prosecution have already been called in the hearing, which has been part heard in Tamworth Local Court, and is set to resume in September.
Ms Greenwood also adjourned another of Foxman's matters to Tamworth in September, where he will be sentenced for two counts of stalking and intimidation.
