The white Toyota Hilux and white Nissan Tiida were stolen in break and enters in East and South Tamworth on the nights of March 7 and 8 respectively.
Both were still missing on Monday afternoon, Oxley police confirmed.
Oxley Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy told the Leader police had evidence to suggest the stolen cars were being used by thieves.

"Police are appealing for anyone in Tamworth that might have seen those vehicles being driven, or who might have seen them parked in the street, or in a location near them," he said.
"Those vehicles have been used since they were stolen and we need to find them as part of our investigation."
More homes were targeted by thieves across Tamworth on the weekend, including some houses that were left unlocked, or had residents sleeping at the time.
"Operation Southbreak has seen all available resources deployed across Tamworth, at all hours of the night," Detective Darcy said.
"We still need community members to report suspicious activity; report the people that they see walking in the street at unusual hours, or the suspicious cars because police can make patrols.
"I would implore residents to lock up and secure their valuables; keep an eye on their premises and cars; if they hear suspicious noises or see people out and about late at night or early in the morning, or unusual cars, or even dogs barking, then let police know."
Oxley police said the Toyota Hilux was a 2005 table top ute with registration plates AF99RG, while the Nissan was described as a 2007 model sedan with a registration of AR23PB.
Anyone who knows the location of the cars is urged not to approach them but contact Tamworth police immediately on 6768 2999.
