During the court proceedings, two charges of intimidation; two counts of acting with intent to influence a witness; two counts of doing an act with intent to pervert the course of justice; using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend; threatening a person with intent to influence a public justice official were all relisted to be heard on the same court date, later this month in the Tamworth court.
Foxman has been ordered to appear via video link from custody for the mention.
Foxman has been in custody since he was arrested by Sydney police in mid-January. He was ordered into custody by magistrate Roger Prowse in Armidale Local Court.
The detention application was triggered after police had claimed Foxman breached his bail by accessing social media on several occasions.
He has previously signalled in court he would fight many of the allegations against him.
