Christopher Wayne Fullerton was denied bail in Muswellbrook Local Court this week, after admitting to a charge of break, enter and steal.
He had been charged with taking 103 cowboy hats during the break-in. A charge of unlawfully obtaining suspected stolen goods, namely a wheelie bin to steal the hates was withdrawn and dismissed by prosecutors in court.
Magistrate Hugh Donnelly refused bail and ordered Fullerton stay in custody ahead of sentencing in February.
