A MAN has been charged and granted bail after detectives uncovered a stolen buggy in a home in Tamworth.

Oxley detectives moved on the 40-year-old man, arresting him at a home in Mountview Crescent in Oxley Vale.
He's accused of breaking into a farm at Moore Creek between late last month and early-December.
The Polaris 4WD side-by-side buggy had a spray rig attached to it when it was stolen from the property off Moore Creek Road at Moore Creek.

Police said offenders broke into the property between 4pm on November 23 and and 3pm on December 2. During the break-in several farming items were stolen including the Polaris, officers said.
Police were called in, and investigations led police to a home in Kirkham Crescent in Oxley Vale.
Officers raided the property and uncovered the Polaris 4WD side-by-side buggy, which was seized for forensic examination.
After investigations into the raid and the break-in, police charged the 40-year-old man with break, enter and steal; disposing of stolen property; and suspected stolen goods in custody.
The man was granted conditional bail by police and has been ordered to appear in Tamworth Local Court in January.
Police said investigations are continuing.
