In handing down his sentence in the Downing Centre District Court in Sydney, Judge Hunt sentenced Cobb to 22 months and two weeks behind bars, dating back to September 1, last year.
Cobb was ordered to spend at least 12 months behind bars before he's eligible for parole, but after time served he was released from custody on Monday.
