Now an established showcase of the city's migrant communities, the council said attendance is only bettered by one event: the country music festival.

Columbian-born Carlos Hernandez will be part of a new salsa dance troupe on the day.
Where he is from, Cali - "the capital of salsa", dancing is "your whole life".
He said Tamworth was evolving and believed one day it would be a mini Brisbane or Sydney.
He said it was a great thrill to dance at Fiesta.
"When you get given the chance to present who you truly are and have fun, it makes you feel better and more welcome into the community," he said.
"When you grow up in Latin America, you start learning dancing when you are about seven; it is your whole life."
Event organiser Carol Hughes said Tamworth's strong and prominent celebration of multiculturalism was a point of pride for the city.
"Thanks to organisations like Multicultural Tamworth, we now have 86 different nationalities who have made Tamworth home," she said.
"I think it says an awful lot for Tamworth and the way we have such an open-arms, welcoming policy for them to come here and call it home."
Fiesta La Peel is on Fitzroy Street this Saturday from 4pm - 8:30pm.
