After taking out the top gong for Customer Service Large Enterprise last year, the team of 14 staff and 100 volunteers, under manager Sharon Tibbs, are back to defend that title, as well as entering the race for Health and Wellbeing, and Workplace Health and Safety gongs.
Ms Tibbs is also a finalist in the Outstanding Business Leader award, while systems and accounts coordinator Meg Whitten is up for the Young Employee prize.
The team are also in the running for a sixth award, after being named in the Leader's People's Choice Award alongside all 110 finalists from all customer service categories.
"We are absolutely amazed and delighted to be a finalist in five categories," Ms Tibbs said.
"It was a real honour to win the award last year, and we pride ourselves on customer service because that is what we do, we just want to help people."

In a huge week for the organisation, which provides transport for the frail, aged and elderly all over the region, they have also been nominated in three categories of the NSW Regional Achievement and Community awards.
"We wouldn't have been able to do any of this, or provide the service we do without the dedication of our volunteers - we are nothing without them," Ms Tibbs said.
For the 20 year old Ms Whitten, being named a finalist "was a massive surprise, and huge honour."
Ms Whitten picked up a traineeship with the organisation straight out of high school in 2017, and has never looked back.
"I always wanted to do reception and accounts work, and have been really lucky with Oxley Community Transport," she said.
"I have great clients, I am always busy which is great, and every day is different - it has been a great place for me to keep improving my skills."
In just two years Ms Whitten has moved from mentee to mentor, taking new staff members under her wings and "constantly stepping up" according to Ms Tibbs.
"Meg is the ultimate professional, she is always eager to learn, and adds so much to the business," she said.
"We are very lucky to have her - she is definitely going to go places."
They both hope one of those places is the main stage at the gala awards night on August 9 at the TRECC. Tickets available via the Tamworth Business Chamber website.
