Around 40 unwanted, dumped or from the pound kittens will be up for adoption on Saturday at Pets Domain.
Ms Brodie said it was crucial for people to come and adopt the kittens so the foster parents were able to take on new kittens.
"The more kittens we have in care the less capacity we have to take new kittens on that may need help," she said.
Adoption prices are set at $250, which includes microchipping, two vaccinations and desexing.

Bookworms rejoice as discount sale offers stack of new reads
Now's the time to stock up on some new page turners, with the Friends of Tamworth Library hosting a discounted book sale.
Tamworth bookworms will be spoilt for choice with boxes of fiction books, travel guides, biographies, cookbooks and so much more on offer.
Team leader for library resources, Megan Pitt, said the group usually holds monthly sales but hadn't done so in a while, which has resulted in one big sale for the community to enjoy.
"We've got lots and lot of new books that we have to make room for," Ms Pitt said.
Ms Pitt said people were already lined up outside before the sale had even started on Friday.
Money from the sale will go towards resources for the library, which includes catering for author talks, new books and hosting events.
The sale will be open from 10am until 2pm on Saturday, March 26, in Fitzroy Plaza.
Showcase of fashion and flavours as Nundle Country Picnic returns
From fashion to flavours the Nundle Country Picnic has something for everyone.
The annual event will return this Sunday, to showcase everything Nundle has to offer.
Event organiser, Teree Burr, said the day would include a two-course picnic lunch, live local music and a new season winter fashion parade.
"We will focus on all things Nundle and create a well rounded, sustainable event that supports local small businesses and their families," Ms Burr said.
Lunch will be catered by local family and hospitality gurus Belinda and John Krsulja and their daughters, and fashion from Nundle Woolen Mill and Sacs on Jenkins will hit the runway.
Nundle singer songwriter Jeff "Gibbo" Gibson will offer original 'rootsy' folk tunes and popular covers for the crowd to enjoy.
Ms Burr said it wasn't just the businesses involved in the picnic that benefited from the day.
"It's definitely about the wider community," she said.
"All the other businesses benefit from an event like this with all the visitation it brings in."
The picnic will be held at the Nundle Woolen Mill from 12pm till 3pm,
While tickets must be bought in advance and can not be purchased on the day, you can still discover everything Nundle has to offer with a day trip to the Village and join in the atmosphere.
