Daniel Caldwell, Toby Caldwell and Chloe Ann-Louise Pickering did not appear in Tamworth Local Court last week when their matters were all adjourned for two weeks.
The trio were arrested and charged back in January this year and have been on strict conditional bail.
Magistrate Julie Soars continued their conditions without change during the court mention.
The co-accused will front Tamworth Local Court next week, where it's expected their cases will be progressed.
Solicitors told the court previously that "negotiations" were being had between the prosecution and defence in all three cases.

The trio face three charges each which stem from when a group allegedly carried out a home invasion in Jill Street in Tamworth in the early hours of the morning on January 9.
Court documents show the co-accused have not yet been required to enter any pleas to the allegations of aggravated break and enter; assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others; and common assault.
The co-accused cases will stick together and were each adjourned to later in November.
The two Caldwell men, along with Pickering, were arrested at a John Street property in Tamworth four days after police allege a group of intruders broke into the Jill Street house just after 5am, and confronted people inside.
Police claim the intruders assaulted a 25-year-old man before he fled the home with a four-year-old child.
The group is then accused of assaulting two other occupants before leaving the scene.
The 25-year-old man was taken to Tamworth hospital for treatment for his minor injuries, but was released shortly after, police said at the time.
