Emergency services responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash about 10am on Sunday at Nea Siding Road, where they found a 47-year-old man in a serious condition.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the rider at the scene before he was rushed to Breeza and airlifted to the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
