The Mexican-inspired food chain is set to open at 10am on August 19, a "taco Thursday".
The opening of the state's sixth restaurant will be a festive occasion, a spokesperson for the company said.
"This is going to be a very special Taco Thursday with Taco Bell Tamworth gearing up to welcome excited fans with a fun filled day featuring giveaways of much loved merchandise including their signature oversized taco hats, exclusive Taco Bell Tamworth tees and FIRE sauce socks," a spokesperson said.

The chain has opened 22 Australian stores since opening its first in Brisbane in 2018.
Tamworth Taco Bell will look to launch delivery later this year, a spokesperson said.
The store is expected to create up to 54 full-time and part-time jobs in Tamworth.
The restaurant will open from 10.30am to 10pm every day, except on Fridays and Saturdays, when it will stay open until 11pm.
The Roderick Street site has been under construction since the development was approved in March 2020.
In July, the company told the Leader it was training the Tamworth team in advance of official opening day.
