A man has been refused bail, charged after an incident in West Tamworth which allegedly left two police to the hospital on Friday night.

Donald Sullivan appeared before the Tamworth Local Court on two charges of assaulting police.
Police allege the 19-year-old gave a false name to a police officer during a random breath test at 8.20pm in Sue Crescent on Friday. The man was a passenger in the car.
Oxley police attempted to arrest the man, but he allegedly assaulted a a 25-year-old male constable, and a 42-year-old female senior constable.
The police claim the attack caused actual bodily harm, with both officers later being taken to Tamworth Hospital for injuries they suffered in the alleged assault.
Sullivan was charged with giving a false name to a police officer, resisting an officer in the execution of their duty and two counts of assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty and causing actual bodily harm.
He was refused bail on all four charges and has not entered pleas.
Sullivan will appear in Tamworth Local Court on Monday.
Police inquiries into the incident continue.
