Gregory John Collins, 58, remains on bail and has pleaded not guilty to a raft of guns and drugs charges following a Duke Street raid in Quirindi on April 21.

He's also denied charges of possessing an unregistered but prohibited gun; possessing more than three unregistered firearms; and five counts of not keeping a firearm safely.
Magistrate Julie Soars ordered police to compile the brief of evidence and serve it on the defence by the end of June. The case will return to court in July.
Collins remains on conditional bail.
Officers uncovered ammunition and five long-arm rifles which they allege were unregistered; as well as what they claim is dried cannabis, cannabis leaf and cannabis plants inside the Quirindi home.
Collins was arrested at the scene and spent one night in custody before he was granted bail in Tamworth court.
As part of his bail, Collins must report to police once-a-week; live in Quirindi; is banned from drinking alcohol or taking drugs; and possessing or trying to get hold of a firearm.
The raid by the Oxley Proactive Crime Team (PCT) and Quirindi police was sparked after an ongoing investigation into drug supply.
Collins faces one charge of possessing three or more unregistered firearms without a licence - a charge that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years' imprisonment, if convicted.
