The National Thunder Rally is expected to bring a million bucks in economic value into town and some seriously cool hot-rods too.
Registrations have opened for the four-day spectacular and event manager Barry Harley said it will be jam-packed with bikes, music, food and entertainment.
"In October long-weekend 2021 look out because there's going to be hundreds, if not thousands of bikers visiting our great city and introducing a massive amount of money to our economy," he said.
"We're really pleased to announce that the NSW Harley Owners Group are going to host their state rally in conjunction with the national rally which will guarantee even more of the bikes and enthusiasm."
More than half of early registrations show bikers coming from outside of NSW, and 1500 to 2000 bikes are expected to be at the event.
The events are designed for the community to benefit and generate income, Mr Harley said.
"We're looking at approaching $1 million in year one to be injected into the community and well over that in year two and three," he said.
The council hopes to lean on local clubs to volunteer at the event, that will need about 40 to 50 people to make it a success.

Harley rider Bob Lockwood was at the 2015 Harley Davidson National Rally in Tamworth and said it was awesome.
"I think it will work quite well, especially after COVID-19 everyone has been at home and they just want to get back on the road," he said.
"[I love] the noise, their style, I'm pretty old-school.
"I go back to the easy-rider days with Captain America and Billy in the movie."
The rally is on October 1 to 4 and registrations close July 2.
