GoCo currently offers these in Barraba, Kootingal and Nundle, but starting March 10, events will also be run in Tamworth.
Attendees need to be GoCo clients to attend, and need to be eligible for a social support group through My Aged Care.
GoCo growth and marketing leader Natasha Beer said once they were given a referral for a social support group, "they can come on board".
She said the company had been planning the events for Tamworth clients for a while, and now that COVID-19 restrictions had eased a bit, it allowed the events to go forward.

First up is the 'Dementia Café' event, which will be held on the second Wednesday of the month.
This is for people living with dementia and their carers, who will meet at Inspirations Café on March 10 to enjoy the company of people experiencing a similar situation.
Then Meals with Friends will be held on March 18, or the third Thursday of each month.
"Meals with Friends is an opportunity to relax and chat while enjoying a social luncheon at one of the wonderful venues we have here in Tamworth or out-of-town," Ms Beer said.
"All GoCo clients receive a main meal, dessert and drink at a subsidised rate of $15."
The first event will be held at the Riviera Bar and Grill.
From April 6-June 8, a Tech-Savvy Seniors class will be held at the Tamworth Community Centre.
The 10-week course delivers technology lessons to those who may need some help with their phones or iPads.
"Everyone receives a free tablet and goes through the whole process: from unboxing, to learning about email, social media, security, taking photos, and communicating with loved ones through Zoom or FaceTime," Ms Beer said.
Strength and balance exercise classes are also on the cards for $7, but preferred days and times are needed from clients.
