Brodie Renshaw did not appear in Tamworth Local Court this week when his case was listed for the first time.
The 28-year-old was arrested, accused of drug supply, when police went knocking on a home in Dibar Drive in Hillvue on January 7.
He is facing one count of supplying more than an indictable quantity of cannabis.

Renshaw was charged by police from Strike Force Catkin, which was launched by Oxley officers in mid-2020 and has seen several raids.
A solicitor mentioned Renshaw's case for him, and magistrate Julie Soars ordered him to appear in court when the case is next mentioned later this month.
He remains on conditional bail.
A 31-year-old man was refused bail in the same court last month, accused of kidnapping by detaining a person in company with intent to obtain an advantage and drug offences.
He was arrested by the same strike force in early-January at a home in Henry Street in Werris Creek.
Police said Strike Force Catkin was launched in April last year to target suspects accused of supplying illegal drugs in the Tamworth and Werris Creek areas.
