Radio station 2TM launched the commemorative recipe book to mark the station's 85th anniversary.
All proceeds from the cookbook - which is on the market for $20 - will go towards keeping the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service in the skies.
The 85th Anniversary 2TM Cookbook will feature family recipes from prominent people who have a strong connection to Tamworth, like Felicity Urquhart, the McClymonts, Joy McKean and Anne Kirkpatrick, along with other famous country music artists.

Personalities from 2TM and sister station 92.9FM Peter Huxley, Sally-Anne Whitten, Toni Ambrogetti and Jarrad Brook have contributed recipes, as well as Tamworth sports stars.
There's even some special recipes from one of the chopper's rescue pilots and two engineers.
The local Westpac helicopter's community liaison officer Daniel Gillett said the unique cooking collection is already selling out fast.
"It's survival of the fittest," he said. "We encourage people to get in quick and every dollar counts - literally all of it goes into making sure we're saving lives."
Mr Gillett said he had been impressed with locals and organisations for continuing to donate and support the chopper, during a turbulent time for charities as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
"It's been a tough year ... we have been really humbled by the support of the community and the 2TM and all of the sponsors," Mr Gillett said.
"We have always felt the community understands how important the service is and they were still willing to donate to us to make sure the chopper stays in the air."
Mr Gillett said the book's content is a huge win for people who get their hands on it.
"In the last year, we've got a little closer to our kitchens and doing more cooking at home so it's the perfect time," he said.
