New England-North West Ronald McDonald House community engagement co-ordinator Rebecca Barry said the event was a vital part of supporting regional families.
"It is going to be a great day and hopefully we can raise vital money for families doing it tough," Mrs Barry said.
"I think a lot of people seem to overlook that when one member of the family is sick, it affects everyone in that family.
"What we offer is a place for families to be together while they deal with their medical situations without the worry of being separated during a tough time.
"Hopefully this event can be an amazing success and we can continue to support local families when they need it."
The event coincides with International Women's Day, which Mrs Barry said would make the day extra special.
"The day also marks International Women's Day, so there's even more reason to celebrate," she said.
"It should be a great day - hopefully it can help build on the success of Country Under the Vines and the Santa Crawl before that."
Tickets are available online and at Tamworth Ronald McDonald House during business hours.
