The Aaron Watts-coached Tiger under-23s start their campaign in Lismore on Saturday week and prepare for that start with a 9am training session at Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School on Saturday.
The Tigers tackle the Northern Rivers Titans at Lismore in the opening game of the Country Championship, on a day where all four Tigers outfits - including the under-16, under-18s and women's tackle side - will compete.

It will be a big day, and Watts is hoping his 18-man squad can begin well. "They will be fairly strong," he said of the Titans. "[It] should be a good contest."
His squad lost a recent trial six tries to four against Newcastle, in what was more a selection trial.
"We had 26 trialling," he said. "That was our first trial. We also copped a few injuries too. That didn't help."
The Tiger women also train Sunday morning while the Tiger 16s and 18s play in the Andrew Johns Cup and the Laurie Daley Cup, respectively, at Port Macquarie Regional Stadium on Saturday.
The Steve Haylen-coached 16s kick off their match at 1pm while the Tom Learoyd-Lahrs-coached 18s kick off around 2.20pm.
The 16s are looking for their first win, while the 18s have won one and one loss. "They (North Coast) are a good side," Learoyd-Lahrs said.
