The annual under-15 tournament is set down for January 2 to 5 and will see seven teams travel from all over NSW, as well as one Queensland team, take the field.
Armidale, Ballina, the Brisbane Bears, Hunter Valley, Northern Rivers, Tamworth and West Pennant Hills-Cherrybrook will take part in the carnival.

- Dave Schmude
Armidale District Cricket Association's junior convener Dave Schmude said despite the dire conditions, they are looking forward to hosting the carnival.
"The challenging thing for us is all our games will be on synthetic pitches because of the drought," he said.
"I think the other thing, all these teams have been very supportive during tough times, coming up to play, bringing sports tourism to the town."
Armidale finished third in the 2019 Walter Taylor Shield competition in a play-off against Manly on the final day.
Armidale team:
James Phelps, Jono Phelps, Jack Hedges, Ben Hall, Ben Harris, Ben Heagney, Monty Schmude, Mitch Duddy, Jack Lockyer, Brock Parsons, Hudson Eichorn, Ryan Harris, Brodi Campbell.
