In reply, Tourle was backed up by Lachlan Bradfield (32 not out) and Thomas McVicar (13) who helped Quirindi reel in the total with 17 overs to spare.
Rory Dempsey (1-18) and Rodney Newton (1-35) claimed Peel Valley's only wickets.
Quirindi captain Brendon Mathews said it was a complete team performance.
"We finally got our whole team together as most of our players are working away," he said.
"As a captain, I am proud of the Quirindi team and how they banded together, on top of that, full credit to the Peel Valley guys, [we] had an absolute ball playing against them."
The win was Quirindi's first of the Connolly Cup season and has propelled them to second position on the Western Conference ladder behind Moree.
Peel Valley are still searching for their first win of the season and currently sit in fifth position behind Gunnedah in third and Narrabri in fourth.
Both sides will now enjoy a break over Christmas before returning to action on January 19, when Peel Valley will play host to Narrabri, while Gunnedah will host Quirindi.
