The three-time Grammy award-winning choir began in 2002 in the town of Soweto, south of Johannesburg, the birthplace of the country's struggle for freedom.
With a powerful blend of African gospel songs, freedom songs and international classics, the Soweto Gospel Choir will perform a rousing program that celebrates the life of Nelson Mandela.
The choir is made up of 20 of the best artists in South Africa, who have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in music.
It's performed alongside U2, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Red Hot Chili Pepers, Celine Dion and Josh Groban.
The show hits its peak with a spine-tingling rendition of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah and Amazing Grace, that's had more than 15 million views on YouTube.
