Jeremy Blair Munro, was jailed for a maximum of 21 months last year for commercial drug supply.
The then 34-year-old was caught in an undercover police sting in 2016, with detectives alleging at the time he was involved in the supply of more than $350,000 worth of ice.
Munro was sentenced to a minimum of 12 months behind bars before he was granted parole in June, last year.
On Monday morning, he failed to turn up to Tamworth District Court for the second time in a month, as the Crown applied to have his car forfeited.
Judge Jeffery McLennan had Munro called three times to no answer before he pushed ahead with the orders sought.
"Mr Munro has been given the opportunity to respond to this application after it was listed in the last sittings," he said.
"Mr Johnson [a solicitor] previously appeared for him and made inquiries as to his whereabouts.
"All attempts have been made to give him an opportunity to reject the application should he so choose."

Munro was arrested during a police operation in Muswellbrook in 2016.
Strike Force Guerie was a secret operation by Oxley police and the Tamworth Target Action Group (TAG) designed to investigate ice and heroin supply in the Tamworth area.
It was during that operation that officers stopped Munro in a Mazda RX8 before he was taken to Tamworth police station for further questioning.
The Mazda RX8 was towed from the scene and seized by officers before it was searched.
