A mining company certainly understands that if it does not have this agreement it is trespassing.
What most property owners don’t know is that when you agree to an access, you are surrendering your title deeds to all the mineral and mineral rights below the ground, and that even means the gravel that you extract from your little quarry in the corner of the paddock.
The access is for the first well and then it expands to all that is mentioned on your title deeds.
Those title deeds are part of your entitlement.
Why surrender them to a third party?
