For it was in the first Test against India at Adelaide Oval on December 19 last year that the Australian quick took 5-8 as the tourists were routed for 36 in the second innings - their lowest ever Test total and the seventh worst in Test history.
Australia won by eight wickets. And like the second Ashes Test, which starts on Thursday, it was a day-night affair.

Hazlewood reportedly has a rib injury and only bowled 14 overs in the second innings of Australia's nine-wicket defeat of England in the first Ashes Test in Brisbane last week.
Tamworth-based Aaron said: "Hopefully he recovers in time for the day-night Test, because I know he always performs well in the day-night Test in Adelaide."
Aaron said his parents, Trevor and Anne, did not attend the Gabba Test but "they're planning on going to two or three" matches of the five-match series.
He said he hoped to attend the fourth Test, which starts in Sydney on January 5.
"Obviously, the Sydney Cricket Ground's sort of our home ground," he said. "It's always good to go watch him there."
Speaking after Australia wrapped up the first Test on Saturday, Australian captain Pat Cummins said Hazlewood was "a little bit sore" but the injury was "nothing too serious".
"But we didn't want it to turn into a huge injury," he added. "The key is we don't want to put him in jeopardy for the whole series. We'll take our time."
Hazlewood, the No 3-ranked Test bowler in the world, claimed three wickets in Brisbane.
He was particularly menacing opening the bowling on day one, taking two early wickets - including the scalp of England captain Joe Root, in what was a wonderful display of fast bowling against the world's No 1-ranked Test batsman.
Aaron Hazlewood, a multiple premiership-winning fast bowler for Old Boys, is also battling injury. He has not played this season after breaking his foot.
"I'm not sure how I did it, to tell you the truth." he said.
"I had a sore foot for about four or five weeks, and I finally went and got it looked at, and it came back with a fracture at the top of my foot.
"So, that will probably sit me down to at least the end of January, the doc's thinking."
