Darcy, 46, had her case called in Tamworth Local Court earlier this week where magistrate Julie Soars adjourned her matter for three months.
Court documents show prosecutors could progress the case on the next occasion after the brief of evidence is finalised against Darcy, and she has been ordered to appear via video link from custody.
The case will go back to Tamworth Local Court in February next year.
Two counts of acting with the intent to pervert the course of justice have been levelled against Darcy after Oxley detectives in Tamworth charged her in late July.
She has not yet been required to enter pleas.
