The heartwarming handout was organised by Gift and Graze Company's Chris Watson, who implored the help of Penrose Meats, Paradise Farm Markets, Peel Valley Milk and Tamworth BBQ Man.
Mr Watson said while it is a difficult time to be a small business, it is important to remain good citizens and show positive community spirit.
"It was really heartwarming, especially at the moment because many businesses are doing it tough, but they still want to help those that are doing it tougher or have other things going on their lives," he said.
"So we banded together with some other local businesses and we were able to make a difference to those who are calling the Ronald McDonald House their home away from home at the moment."
The house is a place where seriously ill children can be treated in comfort with their families.

The donation of barbeque meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, flavoured milks and cheeses, special sauces and sweets hampers were greatly appreciated and made it feel more like a regular Father's Day, according to Mr Watson.
"The guests and particularly the fathers were very overwhelmed, and so were the staff of the house to have people in the community thinking about those going through hard times at the moment," he said.
"So the guests that were there were very overwhelmed and thankful and it put a smile on their face, which is hard considering some of the circumstances they're going through."
Mr Watson said the thing that he found most pleasing about the effort was that all the businesses involved showed no hesitation in agreeing to take part.
He said it was great to see the good nature of people shining through despite them facing their own financial difficulties at the moment.
