Menangle will host the $100,000 TAB Regional Championships State Final on Saturday night.
Congratulations and good luck to former Tamworth trainer Geoff Harding - now based at Bob's Farm near Newcastle - who has drawn the 10 barrier for the race with his pacer The Choreographer.
The horse qualified after taking out the $100,000 Group 1 Newcastle TAB Regional Final last week.
Harding races The Choreographer with his son Matthew.
Harding has engaged Robbie Morris to once again take the reins behind The Choreographer, in the hope of picking up his second Group 1 winner in a week.
"They say good things come to those who wait. This is right up there with the best moments I have had," he said after the Newcastle win.
"I have never won a Group 1 race before."
The Choreographer won the 2021 Multiquip Golden Guitar Final at Tamworth in January
