The three-day State Cup - a mega oztag event - starts on Friday.

Ten Taipans teams normally compete in Coffs Harbour, but the over-55 men's side folded after the event was rescheduled in March because of the widespread floods.
"With the date change, there were a lot of issues with people being able to attend those dates," said Pam Potts, Tamworth Oztag development officer.
There's a couple of newbies there - and hopefully they'll really enjoy the tournament and get the taste for it and want to come back.

"A lot of teams didn't actually end up with the same players."
"Which is good for other players," she added.
"They got the opportunity ... There's a couple of newbies there.
"And hopefully they'll really enjoy the tournament and get the taste for it and want to come back."
Potts said the over-40 women had "a really good opportunity to give that [another title] a good crack".
"Our open women's women are always really competitive," she added.
