Henry's case was mentioned in Armidale Local Court but he made no application for bail.

Police were called to the Mount Lindsay Road property outside of Tenterfield about 8pm on February 8, after an emergency call for a man who had allegedly attempted to enter the home before he was stopped by the 49-year-old female resident.
The three officers attempted to arrest the 48-year-old man, when he lashed out, allegedly punching the senior male officer in the face.
When the female officer intervened, she was allegedly punched in the face.
It's the police case Henry continued to struggle and lash out at police, kicking and punching officers who deployed capsicum spray.
He was eventually arrested and taken to Tenterfield Police Station where they allege he again turned on police, refusing to leave the vehicle and striking officers.
Henry is alleged to have punched and kicked the police several times before he was subdued and removed from the caged truck.
