Tasty treats on the menu include the travelling truck's iconic fresh waffles and churros, finished off with creative toppings - like Mango Tango or Caramilk - and ice cream.
Wafflepopz has rolled into town a couple of times over the past few months, and has been embraced by local fans.

This time, the food truck will be accompanied by American BBQ Kitchen, who serves monstrous burgers.
Birdman Food Truck will also be on the scene down in Bicentennial Park on Friday afternoon, dishing out fried chicken.
The food trucks will be at Tamworth's Bicentennial Park from 3pm to 8:30pm on Friday.
Wafflepopz took to social media to remind visitors that social distancing is encouraged, and the business is registered as COVID-safe.
The roadshow of foodies will move over to Gunnedah for the weekend, hosting pop-up shops at the Gunnedah Christmas Markets on Saturday.
Wafflepopz, American BBQ Kitchen and Birdman Foodtruck will be at Wolseley Park in Gunnedah from midday to 8:30pm tomorrow.
