Michael Foxman appeared in Gunnedah Local Court again this week on five sets of matters, but was formally denied release by magistrate Peter Thompson.
Foxman is accused of using an email to threaten, harass or offend on September 25; and a second allegation centres on Foxman allegedly threatening a police prosecutor in his conduct as a public justice official on September 28 in connection to a judicial proceeding, namely the court case involving Foxman.
He's accused of sending threatening emails and forced the evacuation of Tamworth's courthouse in October, after he claimed it would be the "only thing left" when he had "finished with them".

He faces 10 charges in total but did not enter pleas. The case - which is part-heard before Mr Thompson - has been adjourned back to Tamworth where a new hearing date will be set on some of the charges.
The case had been adjourned from last month to allow Foxman's Legal Aid application to be processed and a new solicitor appointed in the case.
Foxman made a bail application at the time but it failed to convince Mr Thompson.
He acknowledged Foxman's medical evidence; and that he "clearly ... disputes all of the evidence"; nothing that "he says that there is large conspiracy against him".
