"No charges have been laid but further inquiries are continuing with the occupant of the premises."
The raid came after police scoured another home, this time on Scott Road.
The Oxley Proactive Crime Team (PCT) were behind the search warrant, as part of an investigation into drug supply.
"Police executed the search warrant at a Scott Road premises and seized a quantity of cannabis," Detective Darcy said.
"Further inquiries are being made in relation to that investigation."
He said both raids were sparked after community information.
"Police will act on any information received in relation to the supply or illegal drugs in our community," he said.
"We have a zero tolerance for drug supply because we know drugs can fuel other offending, particularly property-related crime."
