Thieves targeted the rural property on Ison Road on Tuesday, while no one was home.
Several firearms, a motorbike and a fridge were stolen. Oxley police were alerted and attended, where a crime scene was setup.
Police believe the goods were taken between 7.20am and 8pm, and are hoping someone might have seen something suspicious near the farm on Tuesday.

Investigators have confirmed a Winchester bolt action rifle, a Laurona bolt action rifle and a American bolt action rifle were stolen.
Police are calling for witnesses, particularly anyone that might have seen suspicious vehicles in the Ison Road area on Tuesday.
Investigators are also urging anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage from the Ison Road area on Tuesday to contact Narrabri police on 6792 7199.
It comes after two guns and a compound bow were stolen from a home in West Tamworth last week.
The house in Crown Street was targeted in daylight by thieves on February 26.
Four guns inside a firearm safe were stolen in a break-and-enter in Higgins Lane in Oxley Vale, earlier that month.
The break-in occurred between 6.30pm on February 10, and 7pm February 11, while the occupants were not home.
A Marlin bolt-action rifle, Rossi rifle, Savage rifle and a Stoeger rifle were stolen from an approved firearm safe located at the property, police said.
