It's how many exhausted, hungry and hardworking firefighters at the Moonbi blaze she has to feed today.
In Catering HQ, a mountain of donated biscuits, homemade scones and slices have filtered through the doors of the Moonbi Community Hall in a steady stream.
Pat Rogers is the operation's humble commander.
"I feel like crying honestly, it's just been so beautiful, really beautiful," she said.
"Little kids have written thank you messages on the food, it's really special.
"It's a big thing, the community realises how easily a fire could happen to them, I have a daughter at Wauchope who had to be evacuated and it just gets to you."
There's about 70 firefighters to feed, the icebox is full and the kitchen is packed with homemade curries and extra-cheesy pizza.
With militant precision, Ms Rogers and her team of volunteers flank the table of donations, a meal, a snack pack and popper are put together with love before being sent up the Moonbi's.

"The Rural Fire Service family is a family, you can meet somebody from bloody Dubbo and they become family.
"It's a different breed altogether."
