A man has been charged after investigations into a fatal crash at Newton Boyd, east of Glen Innes, last year.

The Nissan Patrol with four men on board was travelling west on Old Glen Innes Road, about 10.30pm on September 14, 2018.
Police said it left the road and rolled several times down an embankment.
Three of the men were able to free themselves; however, one was trapped in the vehicle.
At the time, police said the three men returned to their campsite and drove to a nearby residence where emergency services were contacted.
Emergency services rushed to help and found the 20-year-old male passenger had died at the scene.

The 19-year-old driver and two passengers, both aged 20, were taken to Grafton Base Hospital for treatment for non life-threatening injuries, police said.
A crime scene was set up at the crash site, and it was examined by specialist officers.
Following investigations into the cause of the accident by the Crash Investigation Unit, the driver was arrested at Grafton Police Station and charged.
The South Grafton man is facing charges of dangerous driving occasioning death and grievous bodily harm; negligent driving occasioning death and grievous bodily harm; cause bodily harm by misconduct; and low-range PCA.
The man has been ordered to appear in Grafton Local Court in May.
