Both sides last played Twenty20 matches when the six-match “gala” day was held two weeks ago.
Each first-grade outfit played two matches that day, with Souths and Norths failing to post a win.
Norths were defeated by West Tamworth and Bective East, while Souths were downed by Bective and Old Boys.
Norths will be looking for a much-improved batting performance against Souths than what they delivered against Bective – 8-115 off 20 overs chasing 139.
After tomorrow night, there are four matches left of the new-look Twenty20 competition before the final on December 15.
Next Friday night Bective play City United at No.1 Oval, before each team plays a match on December 10.
