The local real estate agency was awarded the crown at the national Women in Business awards in Sydney.
Chief Operating Officer Jacqui Bijnens said the award was a testament to the flexible and caring work arrangements the management team had implemented.
"We have a set of core values and the one that underlies this award is 'balance is our backbone'," she said.

"We appreciate that everyone in our office has a life outside of the office and we support them."
Ms Bijnens said she drew on her own experiences with having young kids and not wanting to miss their 'Easter hat parades' when applying the principles of the office.
"It just developed from there to supporting everyone in our organisation with balancing a busy work life and home life."
The Tamworth agency took out the title of Diversity Office of the Year in the annual awards, which recognise the excellence and contribution of women in real estate.
Despite real estate being a male dominated industry, Ms Bijnens said this award was the perfect example of how successful women can be when they are given the chance.
"There's so many different roles in an organisation from being on reception, to being in an administrative role, to property management, through to management positions," she said.
