A man has been charged with 10 offences after Oxley and New England Police District officers executed a search warrant on the Pakington Street home about 5pm on Friday.
Officers were called to the home earlier that morning on reports of a domestic incident between a 51-year-old man and 48-year-old woman who are known to each other.
The man was arrested and taken to Walcha Police Station where he was charged with destroying or damaging property; stalking or intimidating with the intention of causing physical harm; resisting a police officer; two counts of possession of a prohibited drug and cultivating a prohibited plant.

He was also charged with possession of ammunition without a licence; possession of an unregistered and prohibited firearm and two counts of possession or use of a prohibited weapon without a permit.
The man was refused bail until he faced Tamworth Local Court on Saturday, October 23 where he was granted conditional bail to appear at Walcha Local Court in November.
Police have urged anyone in the area with information to come forward.
