Focusing on development the under-11s carnival is always a popular event on the hockey calendar, attracting teams from all over the state and even inter-state.
After being cancelled last year amid the COVID pandemic, the current situation in and around Sydney has thrown organisers a few curve balls.
But that hasn't worried the players who have been having a great time.
On Sunday as well the outdoor games they will also have the opportunity to get a taste of some indoor hockey with games scheduled at the Sports Dome.
The carnival continues through to Monday.
