Moree's Teresa Munro swooped in with a second round 80 to win her first North and North Western District Ladies Golf Association open championship salver.

Two shots off the lead after the first round after firing 83, Munro went on to finish four shots clear of Scone's Julie Leckie.
She also won the Vera Cohen Cup (closed championship) and both the Division 1 veterans open and closed scratch.

Over 100 golfers from across the region and further afield took to the Narrabri golf course for the N&NWDLGA's pinnacle event of the year, which was making a return after being cancelled last year.
Unfortunately they didn't get to play the foursomes championships after the course was closed due to the heavy rain on Thursday. It was still a successful tournament, association president Di Boulton said, with "a lot of happy golfers to be back together again".
Narrabri's Christine Southwell won the Kart Hart Salver (Division 2) by a shot from Carolyn Martin (Collyambally) while Narrabri's Lousie Penberthy finished 10 shots clear of Lorraine Dowsett (Coonabarabran) to win the Betty Cross Salver (Division 3).
Penberthy also won the Jubilee Trophy for the closed 36 hole handicap, while Walgett's Rosemary Newton took out the stroke handicap for Division 1.
The Longyard's Mary Anne Macklinshaw was crowned the Champion of Champions but it took a play-off to split her and Tamworth's Simone Puckeridge after they fired identical rounds.
Both carded 169 for the tournament and shot a best of the round 81 to lead after the first day.
Leckie was a shot back in third.
Former Armidale golfer Vanessa Ward (now South West Rocks) won the scratch honours for the second day with 79.
Boulton praised the golf club for the preparing such a good course.
"The course was lovely," she said.
"It's really a credit to Narrabri. The last month or so everything's started to dry out."
