The 34-year-old is facing a string of offences after a cross-border pursuit involving authorities from New England and Queensland.

Queensland police alerted their counterparts from New England and officers claim they spotted the Mazda travelling on the incorrect side of the road, about 1km north of the Boggabilla township.
Police will allege in court the driver then drove directly at officers who allege they were forced to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
Police gave chase again through Boggabilla and onto the Bruxner Highway but it was abandoned a short time later because of safety concerns.
Not long after police found the Mazda stopped on the side of the road on fire.
Queensland police arrived on scene and searched the area for the driver nearby.
Officers then spotted a 34-year-old man and gave chase before he was arrested.
He was taken to Goondiwindi hospital for a knee injury and remains in hospital under police guard.
New England police charged the man with a string of offences as a result of the operation.
He's facing allegations of police pursuit by driving in a manner dangerous; receiving property stolen outside NSW; two counts of goods in custody suspected of being stolen; and using a vehicle with a misleading number plate.
He was issued a notice to front court in Boggabilla in July.
New England police confirmed the man was also charged with outstanding matters from Queensland.
