A MAN is recovering in hospital after he was thrown from a ute that crashed on Monday night.

Local police are investigating after three men were injured in the rollover on Rowena Road at Rowena.
The ute lost control and rolled shortly before 11pm, ejecting one man from the vehicle.
The 25-year-old man suffered serious spinal injuries in the accident.
Four ambulances as well as the Tamworth-based Westpac Rescue Helicopter were tasked to the crash scene to treat the injured trio.

Police said the 25-year-old was stabilised at the scene by the chopper's critical care medical team and flown to Tamworth hospital for emergency treatment.
He was reported to be in a stable condition on Tuesday.
Paramedics said a second 25-year-old man, as well as a 22-year-old, managed to get out of the wreckage.
The pair were treated at the scene for cuts and lacerations and one for a shoulder injury.
The pair were then taken by ambulance to Collarenebri hospital in a stable condition.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash and inquiries are continuing.
