Jacob Burns and Dylan James Stahn are both on conditional bail and denied all charges against them this week.

The pair were flanked by solicitors in Tamworth District Court and pleaded not guilty to the targeted hit on the Werris Creek Bowling and Tennis Club on October 14, 2019.

During the arraignment, Burns indicated he was also going to fight several other charges from Bingara, Narrabri and Tuncurry dating back to 2018 and 2019.

Stahn will argue charges from the coast at a separate trial, the court heard.

The pair are charged with stealing a white Toyota Hilux in Werris Creek on or about October 14, 2019.

They are then accused of committing a break-and-enter on the Werris Creek Tennis and Bowling Club on Henry Street, stealing an ATM and $52,740 in cash - a charge aggravated by the fact they were in the company of a third, unknown male.

"Not guilty," the pair replied.

The Crown said the joint trial should span two to three days, and Judge Deborah Payne set it down in August.

Burns also pleaded not guilty to stealing a white Toyota Hilux in Bingara on July 29, 2018; taking a green Mitsubishi in Bingara; and intimidating a man on the same date.

He is then accused of attempting to steal $280,440 on July 29, 2018, from the Regional Australia Bank in Bingara; and intentionally destroying the green Mitsubishi Triton.

He denied charges of stealing two jerry cans of fuel from Field Exploration Services in Narrabri on November 18, 2019; and entering with intent an address in Yarrie Lake Road in Narrabri with intent to steal; and stealing a an Izuzu D-max ute from the same address on the same date.

A day later, Burns is accused of stealing a Mitsubishi Triton ute in Narrabri; and on January 21, 2020, he's accused of breaking into the Wee Waa Golf Club and stealing money and alcohol while in company with another person.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges. The Crown said that trial would run for up to five days in December.

Stahn pleaded not guilty to five other charges of stealing a Honda CRV and forklifts, cash and a cash machine, and destroying the Honda in late-September and early-October in 2019 in Tuncurry.

He will face a four-day trial later this year.

The pair were arrested in raids in Wee Waa last year by police from Strike Force Ousley. The operation was setup by the state's Robbery and Serious Crime Squad and Oxley detectives.

Bail was continued in court by Judge Payne.
